By accessing or using the MetroFlex Events website (metroflexevents.com), registering for competitions, purchasing tickets, or participating in our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Event Registration

Competitor Requirements

• All competitors must hold a valid NPC (National Physique Committee) membership card ($160/year)
• Competitors must meet all NPC eligibility requirements for their chosen division
• Registration is non-transferable to other individuals
• False information on registration may result in disqualification without refund

Drug Testing

Drug-tested events (Better Bodies Natural) require compliance with NPC drug testing protocols. Competitors may be subject to polygraph testing and/or urinalysis. Failure to comply or positive test results will result in disqualification.

3. Ticket Purchases

• All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of competition cancellation.
• Tickets are for the specific event date and session purchased.
• Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
• Resale of tickets above face value is prohibited.
• Children 5 and under receive free admission (no ticket required).

• No flash photography during competitions
• Respectful behavior toward competitors, judges, and staff is required
• Disruptive behavior may result in removal without refund

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in bodybuilding competitions involves inherent risks. By registering as a competitor, you acknowledge these risks and assume full responsibility for any injury or health issue that may occur. Competitors are advised to consult with a physician before participating.

7. Liability Waiver

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MetroFlex Events, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in or attendance at our events, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or loss.

8. Media Release

By attending or participating in MetroFlex Events, you grant permission for your likeness to be captured in photographs, videos, and other media. These materials may be used for promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes without compensation or prior approval.

9. User-Generated Content

By submitting content through our "Your Story" feature or any other user submission form, you grant MetroFlex Events a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your submission across our website, blog, social media channels, and marketing materials. You retain ownership of your original content.

• You represent that your submission is truthful, original, and does not infringe on any third-party rights
• We reserve the right to review, edit, or decline any submission at our sole discretion
• Submission does not guarantee publication or feature on our platforms
• Published stories may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, or brand consistency
• We may use AI tools to assist in editing or reformatting submitted stories for publication
• You may request removal of your published story by contacting us at brian@metroflexgym.com

MetroFlex Events reserves the right to modify event schedules, divisions, venues, or these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered participants.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Tarrant County, Texas.
