How This Division Is Judged
- Judged on the total package: a balance of size, symmetry, and muscularity
- Mandatory poses at judging, then a 60-second posing routine to music of your choice at finals
- Classes at MetroFlex shows: Open, Masters 35+, and Heroes; cutoffs assigned at check-in per NPC standards
- Posing attire must be a solid, non-distracting color; no props, jewelry, or footwear during judging
